Further to Instructions in pack, please note the following:

Use with Instruction #2:

The locator pin and sponge are just used to "locate" the refill position on the base of the cartridge. Do not try to force the locator pin through the bottom of the cartridge.

Use with Instruction #3:

When inserting the needle of the refill bottle into the "locator sponge" do not force the needle onto the base of the cartridge. When you feel the needle hit the base of the cartridge (through the sponge) withdraw the needle about 1mm so that it isn't touching the base.


T 1. If cartridge leaks:

1. Remove cartridge from printer.

2. Wipe cartridge base.

3. Replace Sponge using
Locator Pin as in Instruction 2.

4. Repeat Instruction 5.
If it still leaks see T 2.

T 2. If cartridge still leaks:

Cartridge is damaged and is not usable. Do not leave in
printer.

Remove valve cover and ball plug from base. Recover ink
into bottle for next time.

T 3. If cartridge fails to print:

1. Remove cartridge from printer.

2. Wipe metal part of cartridge with tissue
.

3. Closely check white contact points on metal.(Magnifying glass is best.) If white
contact points have small marks, cartridge is dammage &
not usable.

T 4. If printing has white lines even after repeated printhead cleaning:

1. Remove cartridge from printer.

2. Wipe metal part of cartridge tissue.

3. Closely check white contact points on metal.(Magnifying glass is best.)

If any white contact points have small marks, print quality cannot be improved. Accept
print quality for this cartridge or recover ink into bottle for next cartridge.

NOTE: always load/unload cartridge carefully. Never touch printhead or metal part with hard object.
