942-TRIO TROUBLESHOOTING

IF INK STAINS ON PRINTING PAPER:

1. REMOVE CARTRIDGE.

2. Stand cartridge on tissue, printhead down, until leaking stopped & three small color spots seen on tissue.

3. Wipe inside printer (see User's Manual).

4. Reload & do printhead clean.

IF NO PRINT

1. Check these instructions followed exactly.

2. Do printhead clean up to 5 times.

IF TEST PRINT IS

GREEN: Magenta not flowing.

ORANGE: Cyan not flowing.

PURPLE: Yellow not flowing.

BLUE: Magenta & Yellow not flowing.

RED: Cyan & Yellow not flowing.

YELLOW: Cyan & Magenta not flowing.

1. Check if all refilled.

2. Do printhead clean.

IF PRINT IS DARK BROWN, inks refilled in wrong holes:

1. Print until empty.

2. Refill in correct holes.
